My name is Gary Corben. I am a Property Investor and Cash For My House is my website.
I have a lot of experience in helping people to stop repossession and in helping people with creative solutions to their problems with property.
I am informal, friendly and approachable – I’m not a business ’suit’ and I don’t use management companies to look after my properties.
In May 2008 The Sunday Times published an in depth article on the repossession crisis and the sell and rent back industry.
I was interviewed for the article that featured Cash For My House and it confirmed my ethical sell and rent back options.
Some of the people interviewed for the article by Oliver Bennett were (and still are!) tenants of mine who had sold their homes and are now renting them back successfully.
However, since Oliver Bennett wrote this article , the Sale and Rent Back (SARB) industry has been regulated by the Government and the FSA in new legislation that came into force on July 1st 2009. In summer 2009 I was also interviewed by The Big Issue as part of their Stop Repossession campaign.
I now specialise in providing solutions for people who face low or negative equity in their homes but who need to move, can’t remortgage, are facing repossession or even landlords who cannot make their buy to let properties pay any more.
