Axe the Agent on BBC 1
I’ve had a number of sellers recently tell me about a show that the BBC has been running on daytime TV called Axe the Agent where desperate property sellers are encouraged to look at different ways of selling other than the traditional route of using an Estate Agent.
When you realise that Estate Agents receive no formal training and simply don’t know how to sell your home in a falling market other than by reducing the price, this show makes a welcome point.
Of course not everyone has access to the BBC’s budget department to help them get their home on an episode but by thinking differently you can sell your home effectively without using Estate Agents, even if you are in Negative Equity.
Now Estate Agents can’t do that…
