Despite this Government’s love of meddling with all kinds of businesses and introducing countless new laws and regulations and masses of red tape, for some reason Estate Agents have been entirely bypassed by Tony & Gordon’s mob.
Could this be because despite the fact that everyone dislikes Estate Agents, that Government ministers were happy to have their own homes flogged for more than market value during the boom time? And now they have more important things on their plates.
This leaves us with Estate Agents in the UK who have no training and even less understanding of business. So why do so many of use still use Estate Agents to sell our homes? Well, if your estate agent keeps telling you to reduce the price of your home, you need to ask yourself why that is.
