As the credit crunch has escalated into a world wide banking crisis that affects all of us one of the things that concerns me most is that unlike even 6 months ago, I am no so inundated with requests for help for sell and rent back or for home rescue options, that I am physically unable to help everyone who contacts me.
This has become a huge problem, with so many people facing repossession and numbers increasing. Despite the Government’s farcical attempts to use our money to prop up the banks, many lenders are now increasing their interest rates and repossessing homes faster than ever.
So many people who have contacted me who I’ve been unable to help (those far away in Scotland for instance) have asked me if I can recommend someone reliable for them to contact.
In response to this I decided to talk to a small number of my trusted colleagues who operate various home rescue schemes, including ethical sell and rent back, to create a small network of people who can help me to help you.
This means that I should be able to help many more people in your situation and find the best and fastest solution for you.
