Selling Your Home With Negative Equity
Jul 20th, 2009 | By admin | Category: Negative Equity NewsSelling your home with little or no equity can be hard (especially in the Summer Holidays).

By the time your Estate Agents have convinced you to drop the price to entice that one potential buyer (who may later pull out when your neighbour’s house is for sale for less) and you’ve paid your legal bills and the Estate Agent’s commission you can walk away with nothing to show for years of paying your mortgage each month.
But what if you are in Negative Equity?
It may just be that your current mortgage has an early redemption penalty that means you have to find thousands of pounds from your own pocket before you can sell.
There is an alternative. I buy houses with little or no equity which means I can usually pay your price. A lot of sellers (as well as many property investors!) ask me how I can pay full market value when no one else can. I just take a different view to many investors and see property as a very long term investment.
If you have little or no equity and can’t sell via an agent and are fed up of supposed ‘cash property buying companies’ who will only offer 70% of market value then fill out the short form below and I will contact you to see if we can find a solution together.
