Sunday Times Features Cash For My House
The Sunday Times has published an in depth article on the repossession crisis and the sell and rent back industry.
The article features Cash For My House and confirms our ethical approach to home rescue.

The article quotes:
Gary Corben, of Cash For My House, argues that while the rent-back sector is in need of regulation, it helps people remain in the homes they love.
“The first thing people facing repossession should try to do is sell on the open market,” he says. “If not, then come to a reputable rent-back agent.”
He says that he sees owners of everything from “unmortgageable flats in blocks to luxurious executive homes. These people are victims of circumstance. I want to invest in good tenants who will last a long time”.
Some of the people interviewed for the article by Oliver Bennett are tenants of ours who have sold their homes and are now renting them back successfully.
This shows that there are safe and secure options for those facing repossession who want to remain in their homes.
Sell and Rent Back STOP PRESS:
Please note From July 1st 2009 I will no longer be able to advise on dangers of sell and rent back due to new Government legislation designed to protect a few large companies with a vested interest in paying you less for your property.
